TL5500 (MX5) Suspension and Brake Upgrade Kit for TL3000/4000

TL5500 SUSPENSION AND BRAKES UPGRADE KIT (MX5)

The kit is fully plug & play for Talaria TL3000 and TL4000 models and uses the original TL3000/TL4000 front wheel rim

The front kit includes:

• • Complete fork with original TALARIA TL5500 yokes and stanchions
  • Complete original TALARIA TL5500 front brake system
  • Original TALARIA TL5500 3mm brake disc
  • Pair of wheel axle bushings used to compensate for the greater distance between the steering yokes
  • Brake disc adapter for installation on TL3000/TL4000 rim

The rear kit includes:

• • Complete original TALARIA TL5500 rear brake system
  • Original TALARIA TL5500 3mm brake disc
  • Original TALARIA TL5500 rear brake caliper bracket with dedicated bushing
  • Washers required to center the disc in the caliper

The Talaria TL5500 fork and brake system have been updated and improved compared to previous models; the steering yokes are wider, significantly improving vehicle handling.

The fork features 38mm stanchions and a dual-spring system (one per stanchion) with separate rebound and compression adjustments.

The brake system is motorcycle-derived, with larger master cylinder and brake caliper both in size and braking power.

The brake disc is 3mm thick and 220mm in diameter, and the brake system uses DOT4 fluid instead of MTB-derived mineral oil.

The rear brake system is TL5500-derived and comes with a bushing that allows installation with a 12mm axle.
