WARRANTY
E-VOLVENDO guarantees only the material integrity of the products at the time of delivery. Any defects covered by the E-VOLVENDO warranty must be reported by the customer, under penalty of forfeiture, within 10 (ten) days from the delivery date. In case of warranty operation by E-VOLVENDO, the customer will be entitled only to the replacement of damaged products upon their return, excluding the customer's right to compensation for any damage, even further. Shipping costs necessary for the replacement of products are borne by E-VOLVENDO.
Notwithstanding the above, E-VOLVENDO does not provide any warranty on the products beyond that provided by individual manufacturers. Technical assistance and warranty interventions on products are carried out, where provided, by individual manufacturers.
Once the goods have arrived at our warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering resulting from transport.
The product must be accompanied by an invoice or receipt issued at the time of purchase.
Right of Withdrawal
Purchases made are subject to the legislation provided by Legislative Decree 15 January 1992, n. 50: therefore, the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from receiving the product.
For all products, the packaging must be returned perfectly intact and original. Otherwise, the return of the goods will not be possible.
The consumer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must send a registered letter within 14 (fourteen) days from receiving the product to E-VOLVENDO, containing:
- the expression of the will to avail oneself of the benefits granted by law.
- indication of the relevant product.
The product must be accompanied by an invoice or receipt issued at the time of purchase.
Once the product is received (and its integrity verified), E-VOLVENDO will, within 15 (fifteen) days, credit the customer with the cost of the returned products (as indicated in the invoice or receipt), and this refund refers exclusively to the price of the product including shipping costs. In any case, shipping costs to return the product to E-VOLVENDO will not be refunded and will remain at your expense.
A necessary condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the product.
Defective products will be replaced at no cost.
RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED IF NOT PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED.
COD RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
PRIVACY PROTECTION
We inform you that, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30-06-2003, containing provisions for the "Protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data," the personal data provided may be subject, in compliance with the aforementioned legislation, and in accordance with the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity of our company, to processing operations, which consist of their collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, use, blocking, communication, deletion, or the combination of two or more of these operations.
These data will be processed: for keeping a directory of buyers and potential buyers; for preparing invoices.
Data processing may also take place through automated tools designed to store, manage, and transmit them, kept in environments where access is controlled; data processing may be carried out, on behalf of our company, with the aforementioned methods and with security and confidentiality criteria equivalent to those described by companies providing specific processing services and companies carrying out activities related, instrumental, or supportive to that of our company.
Finally, we inform you that art. 7 of the law gives the interested party the exercise of specific rights. In particular, you can obtain from the data controller confirmation of whether or not your personal data are being processed and that such data be made available to you in an intelligible form. The interested party can also ask to know the origin of the data as well as the logic and purposes on which the processing is based; to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law as well as the updating, rectification, or, if there is interest, integration of the data; to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing itself.
The provision of data is optional, but the possible refusal to provide them makes it impossible to complete the purchase.
DISPUTES
Without prejudice to the possible applicability of mandatory legal provisions for the protection of consumers (as defined under art.1 lett. b) of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n.185), any dispute connected to these general sales conditions will be referred to the jurisdiction of the court of Bolzano.
