The new Volar Sport braking systems were created to meet the needs of the latest e-bikes and electric dirt bikes that require performance and reliability, while also being lightweight to maximize efficiency and therefore the energy savings of these vehicles, designed and built to minimize environmental impact.
The caliper, specifically, is a hybrid concentration of technologies from the bike and motorcycle worlds, a blend of experience, passion, and synergy between the two Italian companies Ottpuntouno and Volar Sport.
The engineering, manufacturing, and production of every component is strictly MADE IN ITALY (excluding the discs).

- Super-lightweight 4-piston caliper, 24 mm diameter, with hard anodizing
- Exclusive pads with a special sintered compound, versatile for different uses.
- Radial mount with 85 mm bolt spacing and M6 screws
- Dedicated adapters for fitting on most bicycles on the market
- Hydraulic seals for high temperatures and use with Dot 4 oil
- Brake master cylinder with different piston sizes for front and rear (11 mm and 13 mm) to provide the best possible riding feel.
