This engine features a specific carter design for TALARIA, allowing for a direct installation without the need for modifications. The total weight of the engine, including cables, is 10 kg, offering a lightweight and maneuverable solution. The anodized finish applied to the engine, specially made for motorcycles, ensures maximum durability and effective heat dissipation, maintaining a vibrant appearance over time. The terminal caps and sensor cap are machined from aerospace-grade aluminum 7075 to ensure strength and reliability. Additionally, the phase and sensor cables are made of waterproof stainless steel to protect the engine from water ingress.

Internally, the F-SPEC engine features an Internal Permanent Magnet (IPM) system designed and manufactured by KO, with customized rotor and stator. The stator has dimensions of 160 mm x 53 mm, and the engine operates at a working voltage ranging from 48V to 100V. The engine shaft is made of cold-rolled SAE 1045 steel to ensure strength and reliability in all conditions. The patented design of the rotor and heat sink allows for effective heat dissipation at the ends of the stator, helping to maintain the engine at its optimal operating temperature. The engine is equipped with an internal pressure equalization system, designed and patented by KO, along with a CRYO cold air injection system, to optimize performance in all conditions.

The rotor and stator of the engine are protected by a CRYO anti-corrosion coating developed and produced by KO, ensuring increased resistance to weather and corrosion. SKF bearings and seals, industry leaders, are used to reduce rolling resistance and improve overall engine efficiency. The rotor and stator are made of Japanese Nippon Steel laminated steel with a thickness of 0.35 mm, ensuring reliable and durable performance. A 1.5 mm air gap, industry-leading, is included to promote proper air circulation and contribute to engine cooling. The NEO SH50 magnets, industry leaders, can operate up to 150°C (302°F), providing exceptional thermal resistance.

The high-temperature copper windings at 220°C are manually crafted to ensure superior quality and optimal resistance to high temperatures. The custom-designed Hall sensor is waterproof (IP69) and comes with a 12-month replacement warranty against water or moisture damage.

The F-SPEC engine has a rated power of 35 kW, with the actual power depending on the battery used. The maximum torque is 55 Nm at 60V, and the engine reaches a maximum stable rotor speed of 12,000 RPM. The maximum efficiency of the engine is 97%, ensuring optimal energy utilization and exceptional performance.
