Right of withdrawal

The purchases made are subject to the legislation established by Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer can therefore exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the product.

All products must be returned intact and, where present, in their original packaging.

The consumer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must send within 14 (fourteen) days upon receipt of the product a registered letter to E-Volvendo Srl, Via Guido Gonnella 2B, 31038 Paese (TV), Italy or an E-Mail to info@e-volvendo.com containing the expression of willingness to take advantage of the benefits granted by law and the indication of the relevant product.

The product must be accompanied by an invoice or tax receipt issued at the time of purchase.

Once the product has been received (and its integrity has been verified) E-VOLVENDO will take care of it within 15 (fifteen) days, to credit the customer with the cost of the returned products (as indicated on the invoice or tax receipt), this refund refers exclusively to the price of the product including shipping costs. In any case, the shipping costs for returning the product to E-VOLVENDO will not be refunded and, therefore, will remain at your expense.

Products found to be defective will be replaced at no cost.
