KO MOTO's F-SPEC Motor for TALARIA STING (Red) is a special edition designed to provide exceptional performance and an elegant look for your bike.

The motor features a specific TALARIA carter design, allowing for a direct installation without the need for modifications. With a total weight of 10 kg, the motor is lightweight and offers excellent maneuverability for your bike. The anodized finish ensures optimal durability and heat dissipation, while the 7075 billet-grade aluminum terminal caps and sensor cap provide superior strength and quality. The phase and sensor cable glands are made of waterproof stainless steel for maximum protection.

Inside the motor, you'll find an Internal Permanent Magnet (IPM) system designed and manufactured by KO, with a custom rotor and stator. The stator has dimensions of 160 mm x 53 mm, and the operating voltage ranges from 48V to 100V. The shaft is made of cold-rolled SAE 1045 steel to ensure robustness and reliability. KO's patented rotor and heat sink design allow effective heat dissipation at the stator ends. Additionally, the motor features an internal pressure equalization system and a CRYO cold air injection system, both designed and patented by KO to enhance performance.

The motor's rotor and stator are coated with a CRYO anti-corrosion treatment designed and manufactured by KO to ensure maximum weather resistance. SKF industry-leading bearings and seals are used to reduce rolling resistance and improve overall motor efficiency. The stator/rotor is made from high-quality Japanese laminated steel (Nippon Steel) with a thickness of 0.35 mm, ensuring reliable and long-lasting performance. The motor features a 1.5 mm air gap to optimize heat dissipation. The NEO SH50 magnets, industry leaders, can operate up to 150°C (302°F), ensuring exceptional thermal resistance.

High-temperature 220°C copper windings are manually crafted to ensure superior quality. The custom-designed waterproof Hall sensor (IP69) is manufactured with a 12-month replacement warranty against water and moisture damage.

The motor's operating specifications include a power rating of 35 kW (actual power depends on the battery used), a maximum torque of 55 Nm at 60V, a maximum stable rotor RPM of 12,000, and a maximum efficiency of 97%.
