The F-SPEC Motor for TALARIA STING (Blue) by KO MOTO is a special edition designed to provide exceptional performance on your motorcycle.
The motor features a specific TALARIA casing design, allowing for a direct installation without the need for modifications. With a total weight of 10 kg, the motor is lightweight and offers excellent maneuverability for your bike. The anodized finish ensures optimal durability and heat dissipation, while the billet-machined 7075 aluminum end caps and sensor cover provide superior strength and quality. The phase and sensor wire connectors are made of waterproof stainless steel for maximum protection.
Inside the motor, you'll find a KO-designed and manufactured Internal Permanent Magnet (IPM) system with a custom rotor and stator. The stator measures 160 mm x 53 mm, and the working voltage ranges from 48V to 100V. The shaft is made of cold-rolled SAE 1045 steel to ensure robustness and reliability. The patented rotor and heat sink design by KO allow for effective heat dissipation at the ends of the stator. Additionally, the motor features an internal pressure equalization system and a CRYO cold air injection system, both designed and patented by KO to enhance performance.
The motor's rotor and stator are coated with a KO-designed and manufactured CRYO anti-corrosion treatment to ensure maximum weather resistance. SKF bearings and seals, industry leaders, are used to reduce rolling resistance and improve overall motor efficiency. The stator/rotor is made of high-quality Japanese laminated steel (Nippon Steel) with a thickness of 0.35 mm, ensuring reliable and long-lasting performance. The motor features a 1.5 mm air gap to optimize heat dissipation. The industry-leading NEO SH50 magnets can operate up to 150°C (302°F), providing exceptional thermal resistance.
The high-temperature copper windings at 220°C are handcrafted to ensure superior quality. The custom waterproof Hall sensor (IP69) is designed and manufactured with a 12-month replacement warranty against water and moisture damage.
The operating specifications of the motor include a power output of 35 kW (actual power output depends on the battery used), a maximum torque of 55 Nm at 60V, a stable rotor RPM of 12,000, and a maximum efficiency of 97%.
